I think that many of these 'assessment' instruments need to be carefully examined.
I am kinda partial to MBTI, or think that it is less toxic than some of the others.
Frankly, I think EQ, or EI, (Emotional Intelligence), the research and related assessments REALLY NEED TO BE TAKEN A LOOK AT.
