Yes!!! And what about this part, (bold mine):

Therapeutic??? Is he licensed to give therapy? I really don't know, but if he is, wouldn't that make him beholden to some mental health board of ethics? And if he's not, can't he then be held accountable for fraud, (for presenting himself as a therapist when he's not?) It looks to me like he's on thin ice.
