Noted (by MacKay) as long ago as 1841 to as recently as last night in Dallas, the abilities of some astonishingly unlikely characters to command and empty the wallets of large masses of people has been depressingly and dangerously consistent. I am struck by the almost universal lack of appeal of these men. They are overwhelmingly ugly, creepy, and disgusting slicksters, perfectly embodied by our current POS POTUS.
