These cases are notoriously difficult to prove. LGATs are extremely slippery, and cover their tracks. Also, by the time they get to the point of bringing it to court, the clients are usually broke. They would have to take most of the cases on the basis that they get paid if they win the case.
Also, it is potentially dangerous. To go up.against some of these groups is like going up against the Mob.
