For context, I'm completely new to the lgat world after my ex gf spawned it on me one day. she had gone through choices her whole life and was going back to coach for first time. Long story short, she came back a completely different person, self absorbed, mean, righteous and no care for others actions towards her words or behaviors. she abandoned me cold after 6 months and still to this day it's painful to not have any closure after loving her so much and genuinely.
Therefore, being the masters educated curious person I am,I called the Dallas contact from the website. This lady is labeled the "voice of choices" on the website and is in program from 10 years. I've listed below my questions and her replies. I was calm but agitated when asking not to be overly emotional on the phone.
If you have experience with choices or you have a loved one involved, please please share your experiences. I need to know I'm not alone in this disaster I guess haha

me(m)- hi. I was wondering if you could share information with me about choices. my ex gf came back recently from coaching and she's nowhere near the person she was before the seminar.
choices(c) - that never happens I'm sorry to hear that. we give attendees tools to better their lives and transform their self confidence in life. What's her name?
m - I'm not disclosing her name. could you provide me with the background info or credentials, or any degrees regarding the trainer at her course?
c- we don't provide any background and the attendees are well aware the trainer does not have a PhD when they sign the waiver before the seminar.
m- so attendees have to sign they acknowledge the person digging up their most horrific memories and distorting their minds infront of 100 other strangers has 0 credibility or scientific background? How do attendees know the trainer isn't a pedophile? why do attendees have to submit their rights yet you're claim is to change the world one heart at a time?
c- sir I don't have a the answers, I'm just a receptionist (even though she's touted highly as contact for choices dallas). if you want I can have the head honcho call you to discuss more.
m- you and I both know she won't call. So it's possible you or the attendees have no idea that the trainers could be a demonstrative person? and you trust these individuals playing with horrific memories as they are all knowing.seriously, can you provide anything on the trainer that says they aren't a pedophile or abuser?
c- long pause...no sir I guess I can't. but like I said I don't have all the answers.
m- bit you've been in program for a decade? You can't up-front say the trainers are or are not qualified or if they're not rapists?

is this common with other lgat? why do most attendees get involved heavily with this scam without ever asking questions of reality?
it's like they believe who ever is on the stage for a better life, yet that person could be a social monster.
