Yes, I look back and can't believe this s&&&. I did EST when I was thirteen as well. More weird stuff there as well. I quit when EST decided to change its name to Landmark and even at my age (17) I thought this seemed not quite right...and I was starting to have a lot of distain for all these grownups who seemed to have so much stake in believing whatever they were told.
