"Trust your gut. Large Group Awareness Trainings, especially Landmark, utilize
jargon. The jargon often contains grammatical violations that have a thought
stopping effect, that throws outsiders off balance or induces vague or not so
vague feelings of annoyance. Or the jargon uses familiar words but in unusual
ways. Insiders who know the jargon feel powerful and part of an elite tribe. The rest of us look blank or vaguely pissed off and this gives the jargon users
a delicious feeling of empowerment."
this is so true about my relationship communication with her. too bad I didn't know while I was in the "fog."
thought I was pretty strong person but now feel stupid and wasteful for falling for her/their tactics and letting it affect my old skeletons, even though I never went.
